This Course is conducted by a certified NRA Instructor. When completed successfully the course satisfies the State of Florida requirements for its Concealed Weapons License (CWL)
The course has a maximum of two participants per class. We have found participants are more comfortable in small groups. They absorb information better, ask more questions, are more comfortable and as a result are better prepared at course completion. Purchasing a course of this type should not be about cost, it should be about your survival, your life. After all you are purchasing a course to defend your life if ever forced to defend yourself. Your life and others lives may depend upon the skills you develop and information learned during this class. We train at your pace not that of a group of attendees. You will fire a firearm many times during the course, not just once as found at many inexpensive gunshow and other Conceal Cary Courses.

Pistol Orientation & Live Range Exercise
Course Notes: Firearm Instruction and Safety Training - is CCW PLUS response to the American Publics need for firearm orientation for new purchasers of a handguns and those never experiencing firearm training. The course is approximately two and one half hours of instruction in our office combined with live range time. The live range portion of the course is conducted at a modern, safe, well lit and ventilated firing range. This course is private instruction for no more than two participants per class. We train at your speed, not a room full of students.
Short Description: The Pistol Orientation and Range Exercise course is a two-part program consisting of a slide presentation with a hands-on practice portion conducted at a range under the guidance and supervision of an NRA-Certified Instructor. The course is intended for all adults age 21 and over regardless of previous shooting experience.
Additional Details: The course covers: gun safety rules, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition knowledge and selection. During The Instructor-Led-Training Portion of The Course: An NRA Certified Instructor will validate comprehension and application of gun safety, range protocol; proper handling; loading/unloading procedures; application of pistol shooting fundamentals; stable shooting positions; and live fire.
Upon Successful Completion: Course participants will be issued a certificate of course completion prior to departing the range. This certificate is REQUIRED to apply with the state of Florida for your; Conceal Weapon License.
Course Includes: Approximately two and one half hours of a certified NRA instructors time, your choice for use of one of three pistols; a Sig Sauer P365, a Sig Sauer P228, 9mm, both Sig's Semi-Automatic, or a Smith & Wesson .38 Caliber J frame five shot revolver and electronic hearing protection. Feel free to train with your pistol if you have one.
Participants Must Have: A minimum 20 rounds of; 9mm, or 20 rounds of 38 Spec ammo if training with our firearms. Participants will pay their range and target fees once at the range. Range fees are paid by participants directly to the range.
